Returns and Exchanges
Overview:
At Alchemane Hair Extensions, your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is valid for 30 days post-purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Not be a customized hair extension, personal care item specific to hair extensions, or a product sealed for hygiene purposes that has been opened.
(Note: No returns are accepted on customized orders).
Process for Return and Exchange:
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- For defective or damaged items, email us at info@alchemane.com for an exchange.
- Return items to: Saffron Building, 202, Linking Rd, opposite Satgurus Store, above Anushree Reddy Store, Khar, Khar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400052.
(Note: No returns are accepted on customized orders).
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds are issued for:
- Opened or used products with evident wear.
- Items not in their original condition, or damaged not due to our error.
- Returns beyond the 30-day period.
Refund Process:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- First, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then your bank.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@alchemane.com.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts:
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service for returning valuable items.
Additional Guidelines:
- Make an unboxing video for claims of physical damage or missing products.
- The video should be recorded before opening the courier seal.
- Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with valid video proof.
- Mention your order and contact number on the package when returning goods.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- Use a trackable shipping option as we are not liable for any damages or loss during return shipping.
Store Credit:
- In cases where a return is possible, we provide store credit minus Rs200 for shipping and logistical expenses.
- Store credit will be issued via Instagram DM or email.
- Store credit can be used during your next purchase or for gifting.
